Welcome to The Archival, a digital gallery, a mirror of my mind—a reflection of my thoughts, experiences, aspirations, creative expression and life as it unfolds. I'm William O'Brien.

With over seven years of experience in IT, I've honed my skills in the senior living industry while nurturing my diverse range of passions outside of work. As a lifelong learner and passionate researcher, I delve into everything from brewing specialty coffee as a home barista to cycling through the streets, to exploring my heritage as Jamaican and Trinidad descendant, to crafting delicious juices and mock-tails and advocating for wellness through our family juice business Va Pour Beverages, exploring soundscapes and collaborating with my childhood friend in our music production duo, The Radicals

Motivated by my own experience, I am compelled to share perspectives on daily life to musings on topics close to my heart and sharing tools and resources that fuel my passions and expertise.
